Automotive Finance Manager at Whaling City Ford

Seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for helping customers secure the best financing and protection options while maintaining compliance and maximizing dealership profitability.Responsibilities:Present and sell financing options extended warranties protection packages and insurance products to customers in a clear and compliant manner.Secure financing through approved lenders and build strong relationships to ensure fast approvals and competitive rates.Review all sales contracts for accuracy and ensure all required paperwork is completed thoroughly and correctly.Maintain full compliance with federal state and dealership guidelines (e.g. privacy laws menu presentation disclosure requirements).Maximize F&I department profitability through effective product presentation and closing strategies.Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process for every customer.Track and submit deals process paperwork and maintain organized records.Monitor product performance chargebacks and lender updates to continuously improve results.Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any financial or documentation issues promptly.Qualifications:Previous experience as an Automotive F&I Manager or Assistant F&I Manager preferred.Strong knowledge of automotive financing lending guidelines and F&I products.Excellent communication negotiation and closing skills.High level of professionalism integrity and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.Proficiency with CDK dealer management system isa plus.Valid drivers license required.What We Offer:Competitive compensation plan with strong earning potentialHealth dental and vision insurance optionsOpportunities for growth within a high-performing dealershipSupportive team environment and ongoing trainingRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Sales Experience,Mechanic Experience,Customer Service,Dealership Experience,GM Vehicles,Management Experience,Upselling,Auto Service Management,Automotive Repair,Computer Literacy,Leadership Experience,Automotive Service Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
