The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing whats right for our guest.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guest Continuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesComplete full accurate and honest courtesy vehicle inspectionsWork as part of a team to troubleshoot customer concerns quickly and effectivelyFollow and promote our high standards of safety cleanliness and organizationWork closely with the service department and effectively communicate customer concerns Work together with other Technicians to solve problems meet deadlines and deliver distinguished resultsQualifications : Qualifications: 8 years automotive diagnostics and repair experience is requiredTeam oriented energetic and have an upbeat attitudeCapable of diagnosing and repairing any/all types of vehicle systemsFlexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionExcel at diagnostics drive-ability and solving electrical problemsHave the drive and the ability to increase overall shop productivityAbility to quickly master factory scan toolsAutomotive systems instructing and/or Shop Foreman experience is preferredASE L1 Master preferred; must be willing and able to attain if not already earned. Physical Requirements:Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicles needed repairHave the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand toolsWalk/stand for the majority of their workdayDrive manual transmissions vehiclesEfficiently navigate a computerAdditional Information : Christian Brothers Automotive (CBA) began in 1982 with the simple premise of providing precision auto repair with transparency integrity and a philosophy of people first.
