The technicians we are looking for mustbe able to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Technicians use their knowledge & skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guestsBe able to perform a wide range of services from Oil changes to full drivability diagnostics and repairContinuously build experience as an automotive mechanic across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehiclesComplete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspectionsWork independently to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectivelyFollow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organizationWork together when needed with other Technicians to solve problems to help meet deadlinesQualifications:Positive attitude and a desire to improve skillsMust have or be able to obtain a Missouri Vehicle Inspection license2+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanicA1-A8 ASE Certifications preferred, but not requiredCapable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehiclesAptitude for learning additional skills and processesProfessional appearance and strong communicationA desire for long-term career developmentMust provide own toolsPhysical Requirements:Have a valid state issued driver’s licenseDrive manual transmissions vehiclesOccasionally lift and/or move over 100 poundsBe able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their headWork in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repairHave the needed ability to efficiently use hand toolsWalk/stand for most of their workdayBenefits:Paid Vacation & Paid HolidaysClosed Every Weekend To Spend Time With Family & FriendsLocal Owner - Onsite DailyOn-Going Training & Career Advancement
