We take pride in doing the job right and keeping a clean organized shop.Position OverviewWere looking for a skilled Automotive Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced in prepping mixing and applying paint to vehicles with precision. Youll work closely with our body technicians and production manager to ensure top-tier quality and timely delivery of vehicles.ResponsibilitiesPrepare vehicles for painting including sanding masking and priming.Mix and match paint colors using paint codes and computerized systems.Apply primer base coat and clear coat finishes using spray guns.Perform touch-ups and blending for seamless results.Inspect finished work for quality and ensure all paint meets OEM and shop standards.Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment.Follow all safety and environmental regulations (PPE ventilation disposal etc.).Qualifications3 years of experience as an automotive painter (collision repair or refinishing).Strong knowledge of PPG BASF or similar paint systems.Ability to perform color matching and refinishing to a high standard.Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.Reliable self-motivated and team-oriented.BenefitsCompetitive pay with performance bonuses.Consistent workflow insurance and retail jobs.Modern well-equipped paint booth and materials.Paid time off and potential for growth within the shop.
