Were looking for a knowledgeable customer-focused Automotive Retail Counter Salesperson to join our growing team.Job Responsibilities:Assist walk-in customers and answer phone inquiries regarding automotive parts and accessoriesIdentify the correct parts for customer needs using parts software catalogs inventory systems and product knowledgeProcess sales transactions accurately and efficientlyMaintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines promotions and store inventoryRestock shelves maintain product displays and ensure a clean and organized sales areaWork closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to fulfill customer ordersProvide excellent customer service to build long-term relationships and ensure repeat businessQualifications:Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a strong knowledge of vehicle systems and components MOPAR highly desirableExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBasic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systemsStrong attention to detail and a customer-first attitudeAbility to work flexible hours including some Saturday hoursBenefits:Competitive salary ($16000 to $18000 annually) and commission opportunities can total $36000 to $42000 annually401k with employer matchHealth dental and vision insurance optionsPaid time off vacation pay and holidaysEmployee discounts on parts accessories and vehicle purchasesOpportunities for advancement and ongoing trainingLandmark Automotive Group is a safe drug-free workplace culture.
