This can be discussed during the interview processJob DescriptionThe Automotive Parts Director oversees the entire Parts Department ensuring efficient operations strong inventory management and outstanding internal and external customer support. This role is responsible for maximizing parts profitability maintaining accurate inventory levels reducing obsolescence and ensuring consistent alignment with Service and Sales departments. The Parts Director leads trains and develops the parts team while upholding dealership processes and manufacturer standards.The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and capable of balancing administrative tasks with hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.
