Join the Capital family as a Parts Warehouse Associate where youll play an important role in keeping our Parts Department running smoothly. Youll support our parts team technicians and delivery drivers by organizing inventory and helping ensure the right parts are in the right place at the right time. If youre reliable detail-oriented and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team this could be the perfect fit for you.What Youll Be Doing:Pull parts from inventory and deliver them to the correct area for the next step in the parts journey to the final customerReceive and stock incoming parts keeping storage areas neat organized and clearly labeledIssue credits and file return claims to the manufacturerPack and prepare parts for delivery or shipping ensuring accuracy and timelinessAssist with verifying invoices delivery receipts and driver manifestsSupport overall department organization and efficiency through teamwork and attention to detail verify quantities and document any discrepanciesReceive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and qualityConduct regular cycle counts and assist in periodic physical inventoriesPack orders securely and prepare them for shippingCoordinate with carriers and ensure timely dispatch of outgoing shipmentsPerform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specified standardsComplete and maintain accurate records of shipments inventory levels and other warehouse activitiesOther duties assignedWhat Were Looking For:Prior experience in automotive parts or warehouse operations is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively in a busy team-oriented environmentBasic understanding of automotive parts and terminology preferredStrong communication skills and a positive dependable attitudeWilling to learn new skillsExperience with inventory management systems is a plus Ability to lift and carry heavy items and perform physically demanding tasksAbility to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasksWillingness to adapt to changes in processes and proceduresFlexibility to handle a variety of warehouse tasksForklift certification is desirable but not mandatory.
