Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $23.00 and $27.00. ResponsibilitiesMaintain payroll information by collecting calculating and entering dataManage semi-monthly weekly and commission payroll processing consistent with federal and state wage and labor laws of CaliforniaCalculates monthly sales commission using ExcelHandle all payroll liens garnishments and child support and employee voluntary deductionsReview payroll information and records for accuracy and completenessProvide administrative support to management as requestedPrepare and submit payroll information reports to supervisorProcess payroll transfers and termination in the HRISOther duties may be assignedQualifications5 years of Dealership and PayrollExperienceAdvanced ExcelExperience processing In-house payroll a plus!Experience with Payroll Taxes a plus!Must be knowledgeable in vehicle sales and calculation of different types of commissions in the automotive industryExperience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform Kronos and Era-IgniteSelf-starter who can work both independently and with a teamExcellent organizational skillsAbout UsThe Tuttle-Click Automotive Group has been serving the Southern California community since 1946.
