Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, capabilities, and comparing competitive models.
• Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain rapport with previous clients.
• Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Ensure repeat and referral business through exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed about product updates, features, and benefits.
• Overcome objections, negotiate prices, and close sales.
• Provide sales management information through reports.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to company policies and demonstrate behaviors consistent with our values.

Experience Required:

• 2 years in Automotive Sales
• Valid Driver's License

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
