Our high-volume automotive repair facility is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Manager.The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong desire to succeed with integrity.As a University Car Care automotive service manager, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.Oversee complete vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations.Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers.Oversee technicians inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks.Help keep the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsGeneral automotive knowledgeExcellent customer service dispositionGood communication skillsLeadership abilityTeam building skillsValid drivers license
