What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and assess service needs
• Communicate service recommendations and timelines
• Partner with technicians to ensure accurate, timely repairs
• Use dealer management systems (CDK) to support workflow
• Build strong customer relationships and loyalty

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service experience (any industry)
• Strong communication and computer skills
• Desire to help others and learn
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive service advisor experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
