$25 - $40 Per Hour + Bonuses
$60,000 - $130,000+ a Year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform automotive diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and inspections on all vehicle makes and models
  • Conduct brake repairs, engine repairs, transmission work, electrical diagnostics, alignments, and preventive maintenance
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and use OEM or approved diagnostic tools
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors about repair needs and timelines
  • Document all work performed using dealership service systems
  • Ensure a high standard of workmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain shop safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Participate in ongoing factory and ASE training programs to enhance technical skills

Qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of automotive repair experience required (line technician, service technician, master technician)
  • Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, and/or BMW experience or ASE certifications are a plus, but not required
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, team-oriented service department
  • Commitment to quality repairs, safety standards, and customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
