Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAutomotive Lube & Tire TechnicianKarl Malone Toyota RustonTeam Karl Malone is seeking a Lube and Tire Technician. As a member of our team, you will be instrumental in helping our customers keep their vehicles in top working order. You will perform oil changes, filter changes, fluid exchanges, tire rotations, and more. This is a great position to get started in the automotive industry and increase your technical abilities. Responsibilities Check oil levels and communicate with teammatesInspect tire conditions, inflate, and rotate as necessaryInspect and refill fluid levels as necessaryComplete full vehicle inspectionInstall new oil filters, and when necessary oil drain plugs.Clean and lubricate fittings as neededGreet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen attentively to help identify, and confirm customer concerns/needs. Present a resolution to any customer’s concern.RequirementsValid driver’s license free from major infractionsPosition requires continual standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the entire shift.
