Description:Alamo Auto Supply is currently hiring an automotive window tinter who has a minimum of 6 months experience performing window tint installation as well as quick accessory installations to match our high-quality standards. Profit-sharing and 401(k) matching is also offered.Job Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Installation of window tint on vehicleso Able to hand-cut tint in addition to using our tint plottero Install tint on all windows including windshieldo Complete at least 3 full vehicles per dayo Meet quality control standards to justify premium tint pricing Sales support/custom quotingo Help sales team with questions relating to tinto Work with Installation Supervisor to quote custom tint jobs Provide feedback to management about quality of tint material and tools necessary for the job Diagnose and repair tint comebacks Maintain tint shop cleanliness Perform quick product installationsRequirements:Characteristics, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Basic computer skills Microsoft Office, Internet, electronic calendar and email. Excellent communication and listening skills. Excellent interpersonal and positive customer service skills and ability to relate to clients. Ability to function independently in a multi-task environment, as well as part of a team. Good organization skills and attention to details and accuracy. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferredEducation and Experience: High School diploma/GED and at least 6 months of automotive/tinting experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
