Join our diverse group of highly talented individuals who contribute to Electronic Environments fast paced, casual, and supportive work environment.We are currently looking for experiencedField Service Technicians with ResidentialAV Experience.This position is based out of our Midtown Manhattan office, however most service calls will be focused in Westchester, Fairfield and Putnam counties.Applicants are required to have experience with the following:Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot/resolve service issues related to integrated AV SystemsProficient with AV signal flow, equipment functionality, and programmingExperience with installing, testing, and commissioning custom AV control systemsProficient with various terminations including Fiber/RG6/Cat6/Compression/Solder/etc.Comfortable with interacting and understanding clients needs and managing expectationsFamiliarity with product lines including Crestron, Savant, Sonos, Lutron, Meridian, Access Networks, Panamax, Bluebolt, Future Automation,and SeuraWorking knowledge of Crestron Toolbox, Savant, Dyn, DNS, etc is a plus.On-call weekend rotation is required.Personal vehicle use required, mileage reimbursement available.Work as an integral part of a creative, result-oriented, dedicated team that collaborates closely on all activities.
