We provide industry leading commercial doors and hardware products and services to help make buildings smart aesthetically pleasing code compliant and sustainable.Job SummaryThe Service and Installation Technician will repair and/or install a wide range of commercial doors and hardware. You will recommend improvements to the customers and upgrades to improve product functionality. Provide all service with the highest level of professionalism and customer service. And maintain truck inventory and cleanliness.Duties/ResponsibilitiesServe customers by analyzing work orders; investigating customer issues; completing repair/installation; conducting tests; resolving problems.Drive to the job site to assess customers service/repair needs and complete repair of the product to the customers satisfaction.Consistently seek and promote opportunities for service sales and preventative maintenance contracts. Acquire knowledge of all products and pricing to price market and sell replacement products and repair parts.Develop mechanical skills learn new techniques and remain current with product requirements for installation materials to meet safety specifications and maintain quality workmanship.Ensure that service and installation documentation is submitted complete accurately and timely.
