Aviation Overnight Supervisor, Lavatory & Water Services at ABM

DescriptionThe Overnight Lavatory and Water Operational Supervisor is responsible for the direct oversight of an assigned work team on a designated account and on multiple shifts. The Supervisor is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that front-line employees are complying with all safety quality and compliance standards established by the Company by our clients and by regulatory authorities.Pay: $19.00/hour The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary basedon the applicants experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.401(k) You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. For information about ABMs benefits visit ABM Employee Benefits Staff & ManagementESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSMonitor and direct agents to perform duties according to Standard Operating Procedures.Effectively operate current technology required to track and process work orders.Adhere to all ADA non-discrimination requirements.Comply with all safety security compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company by our clients and by regulatory authorities.Assist Managers to achieve strong operational performance.Provide technical guidance and interpret policies and procedures to assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks.Monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels.Ensure that future schedules are complete (days off vacations etc.)Ensure all call offs are covered.Manage employee lunches and breaks.Manage the Attendance PolicyParticipate in client briefings and communicate with Client representatives on a frequent basis regarding operations.Manage daily schedules.Maintain daily shift report for managers.Perform basic administrative and payroll functions (if applicable).Maintain communication with Managers to maintain optimum staffing levels.Effectively coach counsel and discipline employees.Conduct service audits.Work with Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety and security of the operation.Set positive professional example for workforce.Ensure front-line employee compliance with all safety security compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company by our clients and by regulatory authorities.Miscellaneous duties as assigned.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or GED required.One (1) year experience in a supervisory role required; supervisory experience in an aviation environment preferred.Experience working in the aviation industry preferred.Basic MS Office comfortAbility to communicate effectively including reading/interpreting process and procedure manuals handbooks and documents.Must be at least 21 years of age.Must have a valid driver license for at least a year and no points on the driving record in the last two years.Must be able to work in an environment has a moderate to heavy noise levelRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Athletics,Administration And Accounting,Academics,Financial Services,Cisco,Analytics Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
