This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on avionics installation and troubleshooting experience-especially those familiar with UH-60 Black Hawk and Garmin avionics systems. Hours & PayPay Rate: $28-$36 per hour (based on experience)Schedule: Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 5:00 PMEmployment Type: Direct Hire Daily Tasks & ResponsibilitiesPerform avionics system installations, maintenance, upgrades, and modificationsWork on aircraft flight data, navigation, and communication systemsTroubleshoot and diagnose avionics malfunctions using industry test equipmentInterpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manualsComplete minor sheet metal fabrication for replacement or newly fabricated partsDocument all work accurately through aircraft logbook entries in compliance with FAA regulationsCollaborate with supervisors, engineering, and management to support aircraft modification projectsEnsure all work meets current federal regulations, industry standards, and manufacturer procedures Requirements & QualificationsPrior avionics experience is required (non-entry level role)Experience with UH-60 Black Hawk and Garmin avionics systemsStrong knowledge of FAA regulations and aviation maintenance standardsAbility to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documentationSheet metal fabrication experience preferredMilitary avionics experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and communication skillsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to sit, stand, walk, bend, and work in an active aircraft maintenance environment BenefitsThis direct-hire position offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support both career growth and personal well-being.
