Our structure enables our teams to maintain their own unique regional culture.We currently have an opportunity for an Assistant Vice President.Duties and Responsibilities:Perform all account servicing duties on assigned accountsEnsures overall account profitability with a value-based approach for the scope of service and costs associated with the client.Engage in new and renewal strategy meetingsPrepare Stewardship reports. Maintain renewal expirations avoid any lapse in coverage and solicit additional lines of coverageService accounts and provide claims assistance as needed including contract review and advise client on insurance requirementsDevelop high degree of technical insurance and risk management knowledge through research and attendance in industry seminars and continuing education effortsMarket standard renewals to include - submission preparation obtain quote negotiate premium and commission.
