Pay: Up to $22hr + Overtime Opportunities

We provide mental and behavioral health services through residential programs, group homes, and special education schools. Our Mission: To create a safe, therapeutic environment where students can grow, self-regulate, and build confidence to succeed in life. What You'll Do

• Provide overnight supervision and ensure student safety
• Assist with bedtime and morning routines
• Conduct compassionate bed checks every 15 minutes
• Support crisis intervention and positive behavior reinforcement
• Engage youth in meaningful, life-relevant programming
• Document incidents and progress accurately

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree OR
• 60 college credits OR
• 2 years of experience working with youth OR
• 7 years of parenting experience

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver's license preferred
• Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check required
