Core One is a team-oriented, dynamic, and growing company that values exceptional performance!Back End DeveloperClearance Required: Active TS/SCI with PolygraphSummaryWe are looking for an experienced Amazon Web Services (AWS) Application Development Lead with TMOD Archer experience to join our team and take ownership of designing, building, and maintaining a web-based internal tool that will be used by non-technical end users. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in AWS cloud services and application development on classified Sponsor systems, who can guide the engineering team in delivering secure, scalable, and compliant solutions.You will be responsible for leading the technical design and implementation of the tool, ensuring that development practices align with Sponsor requirements, security standards, and federal compliance frameworks. Beyond initial delivery, you will continue to lead the team post-deployment by managing maintenance, updates, and feature enhancements to ensure ongoing performance, compliance, and usability..Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of the web-based tool using AWS cloud services on Sponsor's classified systems.Drive and implement application architecture to ensure reliability and compliance with Sponsor and federal requirements. Oversee coding standards, code reviews, and QA practices. Drive the integration of APIs, databases, and other services to support functionality for non-technical users. Partner with compliance officers, legal, and the Program Managers, to ensure development, documentation, and reporting meet regulatory expectations. Work closely with the IT PM and Sponsor stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.Continuously improve system reliability, monitoring, and automation.Required Qualifications Active TS/SCI with PolygraphBachelor’s degree in Cloud Computing, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity5+ years programming experience in programming languages and web application technologies and integration6+ years in application design and development of classified IC systems6+ years combined experience in Sponsor's AWS environment, cloud systems administration, cloud environment management, and compliance assessmentsExperience with Agile requirements management and sprint planningCertified in AWS or equivalent cloud technologyExperience with TMOD Archer design and developmentExperience with SecDevOps such as CI/CD and testing suitesTS/SCI w/PolygraphDesired QualificationsMaster's degree in any of the above fieldsExperience with Agile PM tools such as Jira or Confluence10+ years experience working in the ICExperience programming with AngularJS, JavaScript, JAVA, HTML, CSSExperience with relational databases and NoSQL data solutions, SQL, and other query languagesExperience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, or similar solutionsCore One is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
