Whether youre performing routine maintenance or diagnosing advanced electrical and drivability concerns youll be part of a high-performing quality-focused environment.Our Ford Service Department is equipped with the latest factory diagnostic equipment tools and software allowing you to perform your best work every day. Technicians at Veero Ford receive continuous Ford STARS training and are supported by leadership that values accuracy professionalism and career development.If you take pride in doing the job right the first time and want to grow with a dealership that invests in its people this is the opportunity for you.ResponsibilitiesPerform inspections diagnostics maintenance and repairs on Ford and Stellantis vehiclesHandle both routine and complex repairs including brakes suspension electrical and engine workConduct oil changes tire rotations and fluid checks (Maintenance Technicians)Diagnose drivability and electrical issues (Main Line Technicians)Test-drive vehicles and perform post-repair quality checksCommunicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelinesFollow all dealership and manufacturer repair proceduresMaintain a clean organized and safe work environmentStay current with factory training and participate in ongoing educationQualifications1 year of hands-on automotive repair or maintenance experience requiredFord or ASE certifications preferred (higher pay for certified techs)Strong diagnostic and mechanical skillsAbility to use modern diagnostic tools and follow repair proceduresPositive attitude and commitment to customer satisfactionDependable punctual and team-orientedValid drivers license with a clean driving recordWhy Join Veero Ford & Chrysler Dodge Jeep RamFun and professional work environment.
