Pay depends on experience:We are looking for candidates with strong prep and line experience, and prefer a minimum of 2 years in a high-volume kitchen.Weekend availability is required.DUTIES:Prepare and cook menu items in a timely manner. Perform station functions on flattop, grill and pantry. Maintain station and kitchen cleanliness through shift.Identify and Communicate potential issues with all co-workers: management, back of house and front of house.Comply with health and safety regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
