The Back Office Lead is expected to maintain a high degree of organizational acumen, attentiveness and professionalism.Primary Responsibilities:1. Be proficient in essential Back Office functions and basic Front Office operations.2. Assists in the training and development of support staff.3. Assist Providers navigate the EHR/EMR features and functions.4. Ensure optimal patient workflow and minimal wait times.5. Maintain medical equipment to include x-ray unit.6. Managed medical supply inventories to support day to day operations.7. Ensure Monthly QA of Lab, Radiology and control logs are up to date.8. Assist with patient callbacks, follow-up and appointment reminder calls.9.
