At Globality, we value versatile generalists who demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software—qualities that matter more than expertise in any specific technology.What you will be doing:Owning delivery end-to-end and releasing without dramaTreating team success as personal successCuriosity and translating learning into systematic improvementThinking clearly and communicating effectively What we are looking for: 3+ years of experience in software engineering with a proven track record of shipping successful projectsBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experienceHands-on experience with agile development methodologies and microservice architectureStrong ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writingA passion for continuous learning, customer empathy, and a desire to innovate within a fast-paced environmentWe hope you will join us in building software using:Python or Java (Flask, SQLAlchemy), GraphQL and Node.js (Express) for backend microservicesDeployment in AWS, powered by Docker and KubernetesContinuous Integration via DroneThe anticipated annual pay scale for this position is $90,000-$130,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
