As a Backend Engineer - Infrastructure, you’ll play a foundational role in designing and scaling intelligent, multimodal customer interaction platforms powered by cutting-edge technologies like LLMs and generative AI.We’re looking for a hands-on engineering leader with deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You’ll build both high-performing backend systems and intuitive frontend interfaces that bring AI-driven experiences to life.Responsibilities:Lead development and deployment of cloud-native services with a strong focus on GCP infrastructure.Design and maintain robust backend APIs, microservices, and real-time systems optimized for GCP.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions.Stay up-to-date with advancements in GenAI, cloud engineering, and customer experience technologies.Requirements:5+ years of backend engineering experience, with strong backend and frontend skills.Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — including services like Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, BigQuery, GKE, Pub/Sub, etc.Proven success deploying and scaling production systems on GCP.Familiarity with LLMs, open-source GenAI tools, and AI/ML integrations.Proficient in Backend languages such as Python or Script language.Experience with microservices architecture, API design, and cloud-native infrastructure.Comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments with a proactive, flexible mindset.Nice to Have:Prior experience in AI/LLM startups or customer experience tech.Familiarity with multimodal interaction systems (e.g., integrating voice, video, and images).Contributions to open-source or GenAI-related projects.About Us:Founded in 2009, IntelliPro stands as a global leader in talent acquisition and HR solutions.
