Each loaf, pastry, and dessert you craft contributes to the warm, welcoming service that defines Beau Rivage Resort & Casino.

The starting rate: $18.55 an hour

The day-to-day:

• Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods by following our recipes and yield guides
• Assist in decorating cakes and pastries
• Keep our kitchen vibrant and efficient by maintaining well-stocked, clean, and sanitized work areas that inspire creativity
• Ensure guest safety by following proper food handling procedures
• Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation

The ideal candidate:

• Exhibits 1+ years of prior relevant experience in baking
• Holds a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Demonstrates a passion for pastry and baking
• Enjoys experimenting with flavors and presentations while meticulously following recipes to ensure consistent quality
