Previous teaching experience in dance particularly ballroom. Strong verbal communication skills for clear instruction and feedback. Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with students. Patience and adaptability to meet the needs of students with varying learning paces. Ability to create engaging and effective choreography. High level of professionalism and reliability. Genuine passion for dance and inspiring others. Customer service skills to ensure a positive student experience. Team player mentality to work collaboratively with other staff. Relevant dance certifications or qualifications (preferred but not required).
