Join us and be part of a brand that values professionalism personality and memorable moments.Position Summary: As a Bartender at Crowne Plaza North Augusta you will be the face of our bar experiencecrafting quality drinks engaging with guests and creating an inviting environment. Your mixology skills attention to detail and ability to provide friendly efficient service will help ensure every guest enjoys a great time. If you thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere and enjoy connecting with people this is the role for you.Mix ingredients such as liquor soda water sugar and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks for guests and the service bar.Serve wine and other draught or bottled beer.Collect money for drinks and food served.Order and requisition liquors and supplies.Place bottled goods and glasses to make an attractive display.Slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.Replenish supply of clean linens silverware glassware and dishes in bar area.Notify a manager immediately of any guest complaints.Use proper etiquette guidelines with guests.Practice and observe all safety rules and procedures.Assist all service personnel in any duties as requested.RequirementsMinimum lifting of 50 pounds.Pushing bending stooping upward reaching manual dexterity.Hearing writing typing.Minimum pulling of 50 pounds.Other duties may be assigned.Must have a comprehensive knowledge of all hotel departments and functions.Must have a knowledge of applicable Federal state and local health safety and legal regulations.High school education preferred.
