Job Description

Greet guests set up and teardown banquet rooms utilizing chairs tables and equipment for guest functions. Help maintain an efficient clean profitable and professional banquet facility by providing quality service hospitality and function room standards.Responsibilities:Arrange and arrange tables chairs stages and other furnitureSet up and place audio-visual equipment linens centerpieces and other suppliesPerform final cleaning of rooms including sweeping mopping vacuuming and wiping down surfaces like windows and walls to ensure the space is ready for guestsAssist with the breakdown of events including moving and storing all equipment and furniture in its designated plac.Keep banquet areas public spaces and storage areas clean and organizedWork with event staff and servers to ensure the setup is complete and ready for serviceRequirements:Physical stamina to handle moving heavy equipment and furnitureAbility to read and follow event instructions and floor plans accuratelyAttention to detail to ensure the event space is set up correctly and meets specificationsTeamwork skills to collaborate with other staff membersWillingness to work irregular hours including nights weekends and holidayBenefits:Health InsuranceDental InsuranceVision InsuranceLife Insurance401(k)Complimentary Associate ParkingComplimentary Meals for every shift worked25% Discount in Resort OutletsHotel Discounts with OPLFriends and Family DiscountThe company also conducts post-offer employmentverifications motor vehicle and criminal background checks.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
