Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas at the site of the former Tropicana Las Vegas. The Role:The Casino Host directly represents the casino on the floor with players. The Casino Host is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with patrons and promoting the gaming experience at the property. The Casino Host is to be responsive to the needs of the patrons in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Responsibilities: Develop and nurture working relationships with players to provide a high level of customer service using a variety of methodsBuild and maintain player loyalty through frequent communication and handling player requests as appropriate to matchMust make sound judgment and daily decisions regarding players accommodations, amenities, and service requestsFull empowerment of comp AuthorityEnsure player satisfaction by collaborating with Casino departments to meet player needsCollaborate and coordinate with other team members on methods of promoting the gaming experience to target playersEnsure the confidentiality and security of player information, player accounts, and Company proprietary information.Ensure patron calls are received and returned in a timely manner while on property and after hours via company cell phone.Coordinate and represent the Company at external functions and special events as directedAct as guest service liaison, handle guest opportunities, and resolve situations as necessaryStrive to exceed guest expectations by delivering outstanding customer serviceAccept Credit Applications from patrons to be processed in the Cage & Credit DepartmentMust be able to perform mathematical calculations and apply to practical situationsEnsure all departmental documents are accurate, legible and completeManage guest database and build reports as neededLearn and implement all rules, laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the Player Development departmentLearn and implement all rules, laws, regulations, and Internal Controls for the companyMust be able to apply knowledge gained from training, education and work experienceMust be friendly and courteous at all timesMust be able to apply customer service standards as directedAble to satisfactorily complete assignable work requested by the Director of Marketing.Other duties as assigne Qualifications:High School Diploma/GED, requiredMust be at least 21 years of age1-3 years previous work experience within Casino guest servicesAble to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written.Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidaysStrong organizational and time management skills.Must be detail orientedMust be able to obtain and maintain a Louisiana State Gaming License What's in it for you: Top industry payTuition Reimbursement401k with company matchComprehensive health packagesPaid Time Off Target Compensation Range: $43,888- $45,205 annual salary Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
