Qualifications: Specialty coffee/tea loverMinimum 1 year of experience as a BaristaSolution-oriented, positive and thrives on overcoming obstaclesLoves to 'Focus on Good,' isn't deterred by challenges or negativityStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMotivated to achieve results Able to multitask with efficiency and urgencyReliable transportation, punctual for all shifts and meetingsAbility to lift 40 pounds Ability to work largely standing, moving, bending and reachingComfortable with wearing a headset, per drive-thru operationsRoles and Responsibilities:Create specialty coffee beverages to company standardsProvide an excellent, uplifting customer service experienceAble to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environmentPerforms opening or closing task based on business needs and to company standardMaintain a clean, tidy and food-safe store environmentContinual learning about specialty coffee and teaShares coffee knowledge with customers in a way that encourages an approachable conversation about specialty coffeeMaintains a positive, courteous and professional work environmentAdheres to all cash handling, safety and security procedures- per company standard
