Average tips reflect 2024 reporting.ResponsibilitiesDeliver the Better Buzz experience through fast friendly and genuine serviceBe knowledgeable about our coffee tea food and specialty drinksPrepare and serve beverages and food consistently following recipe standardsWork all café positions our baristas are cross-trained and adaptable including working in our kitchens to make food to orderKeep our spaces clean safe always ready for guests and teammatesProduces proper drink and food items to standard recipe specificationsStock all necessary ingredients in accordance with each stations needsFollows health safety and sanitation guidelines for all products and areasQualifications1 year experience in coffee food service or hospitality preferredPassion for great coffee and exceptional guest serviceStrong communicator with a positive solution-oriented attitudeReliable punctual and available for nights weekends and holidays and able to work 22 hours each weekComfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environmentAbout Better Buzz Founded in 2002 by two college students with a dream and a coffee cart Better Buzz has grown into a thriving community with locations across California Nevada and Arizona.
