Your role as a Barista: You will be responsible for the preparation and service of Padres Perk beverages including a variety of hot and iced coffees teas and specialty drinks. You will actively engage with customers and collaborate with fellow Baristas to prepare beverage orders and provide quality customer service. Training will be providedAble to work flexible hours that may include early morningsMinimum physical requirements: able to lift and transport up to 25 poundsAs a condition of employment you must successfully complete all post-offer pre-employment requirements including but not limited to a background checkSalary and additional compensation:Per the California pay transparency law the hourly pay rate for this position is $21.06.
