At the Prohibition Bar act the part of a speakeasy-era bartender providing prompt and friendly service and describe the speakeasy-era experience. Assist and educate guests in making beverage selections. Handle cash and other forms of payment. Maintain proper cash drawer balance.Required Knowledge Skills and AbilitiesA high degree of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as a team member within the scope of established rules and regulations.Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; this includes customer needs assessment meeting quality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction.Knowlege of principles and methods for promoting and selling products and servicesKnowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems managing files and records and other office procedures and terminologyAbility to establish and maintain professional and effective working relationships with employees supervisors other departments and other entities.QualificationsMust be 21 years oldExperience in a full-service restaurant and/or barOther RequirementsMust pass pre-employment background check and substance abuse testingValid Bar Card or equivalentValid Bar Smart certificationHave a passion for helping people and make their Savannah experience a memorable one.
