If you thrive in a fast-paced setting love connecting with guests and know how to keep the party going (while serving responsibly) this could be the perfect gig for you!Where you can make an impact:Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with guest requests and standard recipes.Provide prompt friendly service ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area including restocking beverages cleaning glassware and organizing supplies.Accurately process guest orders and payments ensuring correct handling of cash and credit transactions.Check identification of guests to ensure legal drinking age compliance.Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for events or shifts.Keep up to date on beverage menus promotions and new drink trends.Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking.Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food handling sanitation and alcohol service.Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly ensuring a positive customer experience.RequirementsEducation/Formal Training:High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred.Experience:Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.Familiarity with property management systems is a plus.Knowledge/Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding service.Ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately.Basic computer proficiency including MS Office and reservation software.Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.Must be able to travel to The Springs Resort & Spa.
