Bartender - Job Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections.

- Ensure a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.

- Monitor and maintain inventory of bar supplies, restocking as necessary.

- Adhere to all safety and health regulations for food and beverage handling.

- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.

- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries or complaints promptly.

- Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent over-consumption.

- Create and maintain an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

Bartender - Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Ability to mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes.

- Strong understanding of bar equipment and POS systems.

- Excellent customer service and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments.

- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.

- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
