If youre passionate about the electrical field and eager to learn we encourage you to applywhether youre an experienced professional or just starting your career. #XST #IndustriaWhat you will doPlan organize and direct the work of the job crew employees on a daily basisDiscipline and counsel employees as needed as well as motivate employees on a regular basisHire and direct the training of employees as needed as well as discharge employees in accordance with company policies and proceduresMaintain familiarity with plans specifications and job folder contract scopeAttend coordination meetings as required and provide necessary informationMonitor and document the progress of the job through the use of appropriate forms listed on the Mobile AppProvide a Lead person with current and accurate information by generating RFIs memos and other forms of communicationMonitor direct and improve as necessary the quantity of work performed by the crewCommunicate company policies and procedures to the job crewApply knowledge of National Electrical Codes as neededOrder daily materials as needed and follow up at the end of each workdayMonitor and manage tool control for the job siteEnsure the job site is properly cleaned up at the end of each workdayEnsure compliance with all job safety standards established by company and all regulatory agenciesMonitor and track employee work time as necessary as well as approve work time asWhat you will need to succeedHigh School diploma /GED or equivalentMinimum of 10 years experience as an Industrial ElectricianMinimum of 2 years experience as an Industrial FoemanAn NCCER certified Industrial Electrician or an Electrician State License is a Plus)Must be able to pass a DISA D/A testDemonstrated safe and proficient operation of equipment in a variety of work environmentsMust be able to perform physical duties (Lifting walking climbing bending and leaning for extended periods of time)Must be able to work in inclement weather (Hot Cold) including working on high areasBend and install rigid conduitSet up and pull wire and cableTerminate power control and instrumentation wire and cableInstall electrical gear equipment and devicesInstall and troubleshoot PLCsInstall and troubleshoot AC and DC DrivesSingle and Three Phase motors and motor control systemsSolid/stable/proven experience in electrical fieldRead/comprehend tape measure blueprints schematics technical drawings work orders instructions formulas and processing chartsMust have knowledge of the NEC (National Electrical Code) and OSHA safety standardsInstalls of conduits using a hand mechanical or hydraulic benderKnows understands and follows OSHA and Safety RegulationsFollows L.O.T.O policiesPhysical DemandsThe requirements below represent the general physical expectations of this role.
