Job Description

BAS Project ManagerAnnapolis area MDYearly Salary: $95000-$110000Responsibilities:Review project scopes drawings and specificationsPrepare accurate proposals labor estimates and bill of materialsSelect appropriate controls sensors and equipmentPurchase materials/equipment and manage delivery schedulesMaintain awareness of vendor pricing and alternativesOversee inventory of controls equipment and common materialsPrepare and submit shop drawings submittals and O & M manualsPlan and manage multiple BAS projects from award to closeoutDevelop project schedules and ensure deadlines are metCoordinate project labor internally and with subcontractorsManage subcontractors for installation programming commissioningWork with field technicians to ensure proper installation and startupProvide troubleshooting and technical support as neededEnsure system testing balancing commissioning and documentation are completeConduct final walkthroughs and training for clientsAct as primary point of contact for assigned projectsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and subcontractorsRequirementsExperience in Building Automation Systems (controls installation programming or project coordination)Familiarity with HVAC systems and integration with BASStrong project management skills-- scheduling budgeting resource coordinationAbility to read construction documents (plans specs risers wiring diagrams)Proficiency with MS Office project management tools and basic estimating softwareExcellent communication skills for working with clients subcontractors and internal teamsHighly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyBenefitsFull Benefit packagePaid Time OffHoliday Pay401KRequired Skills:BAS Project Manager Annapolis area MD Yearly Salary: $95000-$110000 Responsibilities: Review project scopes drawings and specifications Prepare accurate proposals labor estimates and bill of materials Select appropriate controls sensors and equipment Purchase materials/equipment and manage delivery schedules Maintain awareness of vendor pricing and alternatives Oversee inventory of controls equipment and common materials Prepare and submit shop drawings submittals and O & M manuals Plan and manage multiple BAS projects from award to closeout Develop project schedules and ensure deadlines are met Coordinate project labor internally and with subcontractors Manage subcontractors for installation programming commissioning Work with field technicians to ensure proper installation and startup Provide troubleshooting and technical support as needed Ensure system testing balancing commissioning and documentation are complete Conduct final walkthroughs and training for clients Act as primary point of contact for assigned projects Build and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and subcontractors Key Skills Project Management Methodology,Project / Program Management,Construction Estimating,Construction Experience,PMBOK,Visio,Construction Management,Project Management,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Project Management Lifecycle,Contracts Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
