Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRequired Skills & Experience• Minimum 2 years of experience in Building Automation• Experience troubleshooting HVAC or building automation systems• Has navigated and integrated into a variety of building automation systemsJob DescriptionInsight Global is looking for a service technician to join an intelligent building solutions company that have helped customers, including small businesses to Fortune 500 corporations, operate their buildings more efficiently for over 40 years.Essential Job Responsibilities:• Provide solutions to increasingly complex system problems and lead others on how to resolveproblems.• Perform system maintenance on field controllers, servers and workstations and field hardware.• Communicate issues and recommend system enhancements, upgrades, and/or repairs.• Review and provide feedback of equipment to include scheduling and/or modifications needed.• Implement time management strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.Compensation:$25/hr to $30/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one ofemployment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
