What Youll DoAs a Base Operations Support (BOS) Program Manager (PM) you will:Experience working in 24x7 mission-critical environments supporting facilities construction operations and maintenance and support services where continuous availability of facility infrastructure is essential and of the highest priorityDisplay strong technical programmatic and personal leadership skillsKnowledgeable of the guidelines provided by the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)Professional certification such as PMP CFM PE FAC-P/PM Mid-Level Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 2 certification in Program Management or relevant professional certificationResponsible for the execution of the SOW within the cost and on schedule to include but not limited to: Ensuring community of support during Contractor personnel change; Interfacing Contractor Officer (CO) COTR and Chief of Facilities; Delivery of all contract requirements; Managing subcontracts and be responsible for the performance and conduct of subcontractor personnelStrategic Oversight: Command the planning resourcing and execution across multiple programs/projects ensuring alignment with business and product line strategiesFinancial Stewardship: Scrutinize and sanction financial frameworks and reports maintaining the integrity of management reserves and expenditureHolistic Integration: Champion cross-functional team efforts to deliver a synchronized service that addresses every angle of the Governments requirementsRisk Management: Strategize and allocate funds for risk mitigation safeguarding project outcomesCommunication: Communicate effectively with all customers and maintain a transparent and proactive dialogue with the Government ensuring clarity and prompt resolution of issuesCustomer Service: Demonstrate strong customer service skillsRegulatory Adherence: Vigilantly enforce all contractual regulatory and compliance mandates in partnership with the contracts teamPossess an active TS/SCI U.S. Security Clearance with current polygraphA minimum of 10 years of prior relevant PM and Intelligence Community (IC) experience managing a large (250 person) multi-disciplinary workforce including tradesmen engineers warehousing personnel and other base operating support staffPreferred Qualifications15 years of experience building and sustaining high-performing integrated teams7 years of experience working with business strategy7 years of experience developing project execution plans schedules and budgets7 years of experience supporting the Federal and/or Intelligence Community7 years of experience with long range business plansKnowledge of process improvement models (e.g. LEAN/Six Sigma ISO 9000)Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including but not limited to project schedule scope cost risk and deliverables and related metrics.Experience in both OCONUS and CONUS operationsExperience planning and implementing large-scale facility and logistics projects to include construction projectsKnowledge of U.S. government exercise or crisis management communities and experience planning coordinating and executing support to special eventsFamiliarity with 24/7/365 operational environmentKBR Benefits KBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match medical dental vision life insurance AD&D flexible spending account disability paid time off or flexible work schedule.
