BCA Quality Workforce Strategy ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Workforce Strategy Manager to oversee the BCA Quality centralized hiring and skill team operations in Everett WA.As a Quality Workforce Manager you will collaborate with skill focal points across Quality functions and programs focusing on employee acquisition redeployment and other employee movements including skill and career development.In this position you will be responsible for developing and executing hiring processes and standards. Additionally you will acquire and manage resources and lead process improvements. Building and maintaining relationships/partnerships with customers peers partners suppliers and direct reports will be essential.The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional integrity and authenticity possess strong strategic thinking abilities and be a continual learner with a talent for effectively transferring knowledge. We are looking for individuals whose professional experience enables them to work effectively with teams across various functions. Ideally you will possess high emotional intelligence and empathy allowing you to leverage insights from your professional journey to enhance the development of those around you.Applications will be accepted through midnight PST on December 24th 2025Position Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team that includes Skill focals and Skill team analystsPartner with other functions to ensure processes used to manage develop and improve areas are effective and integratedDevelop and execute business plans policies and proceduresMonitor and act to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the teamProvide education and coach on connecting the quality systems and processesUnderstand business objectives strategies and conditions affecting all areas of the programsDevelop and maintain partnering relationships with program leaders quality stakeholders peers partners and direct reportsBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3 years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Quality or in a highly regulated industry1 years of experience leading teams in a formal and /or informal leadership role1 years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with senior executives customers stakeholders peers and partnersPreferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in a production-related discipline such as Manufacturing Quality Production Engineering Supplier Management and/or Supplier QualityExperience in cross-functional leadership collaborative problem solving building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communicationPrevious experience as a Skills or Staffing Focal Drug Free Workplace:Boeing is a Drug Free Workplace where post offer applicants and employees are subject to testing for marijuana cocaine opioids amphetamines PCP and alcohol when criteria is met as outlined in our policies.Total Rewards: At Boeing we strive to deliver a Total Rewards package that will attract engage and retain the top talent.
