BCA Quality Workforce Strategy ManagerCompany:The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Workforce Strategy Manager to oversee the BCA Quality centralized hiring and skill team operations in Everett WA.As a Quality Workforce Manager you will collaborate with skill focal points across Quality functions and programs focusing on employee acquisition redeployment and other employee movements including skill and career development.In this position you will be responsible for developing and executing hiring processes and standards. Additionally you will acquire and manage resources and lead process improvements. Building and maintaining relationships/partnerships with customers peers partners suppliers and direct reports will be essential.The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional integrity and authenticity possess strong strategic thinking abilities and be a continual learner with a talent for effectively transferring knowledge.
