Job DescriptionJob DescriptionBoard Certified Behavior Analyst or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst - Richmond, VA,Job Type: Full-timeShift: Days (Flexible Schedule)Work Environment: Hybrid with in-person services in homes, schools, and community settings (minimum 2 in-person sessions/month).Schedule: Flexible days; must bill 100 hours/month (≈25/week). No nights, weekends, or on-call.Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Behavioral Therapeutic Consultant to provide high-quality consultation services addressing interfering behaviors and skill deficits. This role focuses on developing individualized treatment plans, training families and caregivers, and supporting clients across home, school, and community settings. Clinicians enjoy a hybrid model with scheduling autonomy, minimal administrative burden, and strong clinical support, allowing them to focus on meaningful, person-centered outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Conduct interviews with individuals, caregivers, and support teams to identify needs and goals.Observe client behavior in natural environments and assess current support systems.Review existing records and documentation to inform treatment planning.Develop data collection strategies and gather baseline data.Create individualized behavior support plans, including intervention strategies and environmental modifications.Model therapeutic interventions and provide caregiver and stakeholder training.Deliver direct intervention when needed.Collaborate with clinical leadership to support client-centered outcomes.Qualifications:Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB).LBA/LABA through Virginia Board of Medicine (required).Ability to travel within the service area (~50%).New graduates are welcome to apply.Benefits & Perks:All standard benefits are coveredCompany DescriptionWe are one of the leading healthcare staffing companies in the US.
