Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAlpha & Omega Kids Developmental Services (AOKids)Are you a BCBA who wants to provide meaningful, ethical ABA services while maintaining a balanced caseload? Alpha & Omega Kids is seeking a mission-driven Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing Virginia team and help expand high-quality ABA services for Medicaid families.BCBA Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced BCBA to design, implement, and supervise individualized ABA programs for children with autism and related developmental needs. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you’ll work with a small caseload, lead RBTs, and help families achieve meaningful and measurable outcomes.This BCBA position offers a supportive clinical culture, manageable responsibilities, and the opportunity to make a significant impact without overwhelming direct-service hours.Key BCBA ResponsibilitiesConduct FBAs and create individualized BIPsProvide high-quality supervision to RBTs/Behavior Technicians (max 6 per BCBA)Oversee ABA treatment delivery across in-home and telehealth servicesCollaborate with caregivers to support skill development and generalizationMaintain accurate ABA data and documentation (CentralReach or similar)Adjust goals and programming based on data trendsParticipate in interdisciplinary collaboration as neededUphold BACB ethical guidelines and stay current with ABA researchBCBA RequirementsMaster’s in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related fieldActive BCBA certification and NY LBA (or eligibility)Minimum 1 year of ABA experience with children with autismStrong assessment, supervision, and communication skillsExperience with electronic ABA data platformsCommitment to ethical, compassionate, culturally responsive ABA careReliable internet for telehealth sessionsWhat Makes AOKids Unique for BCBAsSmall, ethical caseloads for meaningful BCBA supervisionLow direct therapy hours so you can focus on mentorship & collaborationIntegrated, clinician-focused cultureFlexibility between in-home and telehealth ABA sessionsMission-driven environment prioritizing quality over volumeCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive BCBA salary: $80,000–$120,000 (based on experience/caseload)Full-time or part-time BCBA opportunitiesPremium pay for bilingual (English/Spanish) cliniciansPaid CEUs + professional developmentMedical insurance, PTO, holidays, and floating holidayDrive-time reimbursement if applicableSupportive, transparent, clinician-led environmentAbout Alpha & Omega KidsAt AOKids, every beginning matters.
