Role Description The BCBA Clinical Director is a full-time, on-site role based in Savage, MN, responsible for overseeing clinical quality and service delivery across assigned programs. This role includes supervising BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical team members, providing ongoing clinical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. The BCBA Clinical Director designs, reviews, and approves behavior intervention plans, conducts functional behavior assessments, and ensures that treatment is evidence-based, ethical, and person-centered. Daily responsibilities include monitoring caseloads, reviewing data, adjusting clinical protocols, and ensuring timely documentation that meets organizational and regulatory standards. The role also involves collaborating with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary partners, leading clinical team meetings and trainings, and supporting program development to improve outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Psychology and Behavioral Health, with expertise in applied behavior analysis and evidence-based interventions.
- Experience in Clinical Supervision, including mentoring, training, and supporting clinical staff in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Understanding of Mental Health and related conditions, with the ability to coordinate care and collaborate with other mental health professionals.
- Familiarity with Medicine and healthcare systems as they intersect with behavioral health services is beneficial.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensure (or eligibility) as required by the state of Minnesota.
- Several years of progressive clinical experience in ABA or related behavioral health settings, including leadership or director-level responsibilities.
- Strong data analysis, case management, and documentation skills, with attention to compliance and ethical standards.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients, families, and staff.
- Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
