This is a remote position.BCBA Serving Colonial Heights VAFull-Time Total Compensation: $80000$100000 per yearAutism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our Colonial Heights clinic. This role provides a mix of in-person visits to the clinic and independent time for planning documentation and treatment-related responsibilities. You will work closely with clinical leadership and families to help children build meaningful skills and progress toward their goals.Position Summary Service Area: Colonial Heights VA Schedule: MondayFriday Employment Type: Full-time exempt Total Compensation: $80000$100000 per year (includes base salary bonus potential) On-Site Expectation: Monthly visits to the clinic for observations team meetings and direct case support This role offers consistent autonomy for non-client responsibilities along with structured in-person time to collaborate with the team and provide direct support as needed.What Youll Do Complete assessments treatment plans and program updates Review data trends and adjust programming to ensure strong clinical outcomes Provide supervision and guidance to RBTs Behavior Technicians and supporting clinicians Communicate progress and goals with caregivers Participate in scheduled clinic visits for meetings observations and team collaboration Maintain documentation and uphold ethical standards QualificationsRequired Active BCBA certification Masters degree in ABA Psychology Education or related field Eligible for or currently holding Virginia behavior analyst licensure Ability to manage both in-person responsibilities and independent clinical tasks Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills Preferred Previous experience supporting teams across multiple sites Strong documentation and case-management experience Compensation & Benefits Total annual compensation: $80000$100000 (base bonus potential included) Supportive leadership and clear growth pathways Structured clinical systems and administrative support Employees averaging 30 hours/week also receive: Medical dental and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance 401(k) with employer contribution PTO and paid holidays Ongoing professional development About AutismCOEAutism Center of Excellence provides individualized ABA services that help children build independence confidence and essential life skills. Required Skills:Required Skills Clinical Skills Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based treatment Ability to conduct assessments (e.g. FBAs VB-MAPP AFLS etc.) Skill in developing treatment plans and supervising implementation Ability to analyze data and adjust programming accordingly High level of professional and ethical decision-making Leadership & Supervision Skills Experience supervising BCBAs BCaBAs RBTs and Behavior Technicians Ability to coach mentor and develop staff Comfortable leading clinical meetings and case reviews Strong organizational and delegation abilities Interpersonal & Communication Skills Clear and professional verbal and written communication Ability to collaborate with caregivers staff and leadership Positive supportive approach to staff training and feedback Strong relationship-building and family-support abilities Operational & Administrative Skills Ability to maintain accurate documentation Strong time-management skills with ability to balance billable and non-billable tasks Comfortable supporting scheduling workflow decisions and quality checks Physical/Behavioral Skills Ability to meet the physical requirements of clinic-based ABA (active engagement kneeling lifting up to 50 lbs as needed) Emotional regulation patience and adaptability when supporting challenging behaviorsRequired Education:Educational Qualifications (Required)Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Education or a related fieldActive BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)Eligible for or holding Virginia licensure as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)Ability to pass background and reference checksEducational Qualifications (Preferred)Additional coursework or training in supervision leadership or organizational behaviorCEUs related to clinical le Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 80000 - 100000
