Performance Toyota Fairfield is hiring for full-time BDC agent positions with flexible schedules. If you wake up each morning with a smile and enjoy communicating via phone, email, instant messaging, or social media, this opportunity is perfect for you!
$15.00 per hour + commission!
Flexible hours available, (mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends)
40-hour work schedule
Bi-lingual is a plus but not required

Responsibilities:
Provide customer assistance via phone, email, and chat.
Convert customer inquiries into appointments.
Maintain knowledge of inventory and services.
Follow up on leads and nurture customer relationships.
Document customer interactions in CRM.
Collaborate with team to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent, but not required.
Customer service experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in computer systems and software.
Motivated team player in fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
