SUMMARYLooking for a aBDC Manager to join our growing sales department. Youll work closely with upper management as well as the sales associate to ensure the business needs are met.WE OFFER:Health Dental Medical401KPaid Time OffRESPONSIBILITIESCreate maintain and measure the internet and business development processes (for both sales and service)Manage a group of customer service representatives in a call center environmentDevelop and maintain the new hire and interview processes for all BDC reps/appointment coordinatorsCultivate engaged intelligent and consistent staffAttract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions received via phone and/or internetContribute to high scores for the manufacturers customer satisfaction index (CSI)Strive for continual improvement in the BDC and the company as a whole. Give recognition when it is earnedHold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards and conduct yourself with honesty and integrityREQUIREMENTSDigital marketing experience is requiredPrevious dealership experience is a huge plusSuperior communication skills both oral and writtenStrong email and phone presence is necessaryExceptional leadership skillsEnthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workdayOutstanding organizational skillsAbility to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressureMust be willing to submit to a background check to employment.About the DealershipMills Auto Group understands rapid growth in the automotive space.
