We partner closely with clients nationwide delivering high-impact talent solutions with clarity speed and professionalism. We are expanding our U.S.-based business development team to support new-market growth and deepen relationships with existing clients. Position Overview The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a core growth role responsible for generating new client relationships and supporting the sales pipeline from first touch through signed agreement. This role is highly interactive and customer-facing requiring strong communication skills confidence and the ability to think on your feet. You will work closely with company leadership and recruiting teams engage daily with decision-makers and represent StaffEagle professionally across multiple industries. This role is fully remote with standard U.S.-based business development travel as needed. Key Responsibilities Generate new client opportunities. Engage hiring managers HR leaders and executives in consultative sales. Set qualified meetings and support opportunities through early-stage sales cycles. Communicate StaffEagles recruiting services clearly and professionally. Maintain consistent activity levels including outreach and CRM updates. Assess client hiring needs urgency and fit through active listening and questioning. Support contract setup and new client onboarding. Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure smooth handoff of new accounts. Represent StaffEagle with professionalism energy and accountability. Required Qualifications 3 years in business development sales recruiting or customer-facing roles. Clear confident verbal communication and professional written skills. Comfort with frequent phone-based customer interaction and outreach. Positive resilient attitude and strong work ethic. Ability to think quickly and engage with a wide range of personalities. Strong organization and follow-through in a high-activity environment. Ability to work in a remote setting while staying responsive and accountable. Preferred Qualifications Prior B2B sales experience. Exposure to recruiting or staffing environments. Comfort with consultative or solution-oriented selling. Experience in outside sales or customer-facing roles. Technically curious and able to understand engineering or industrial hiring needs. Strong professional presence in meetings (virtual and in-person). Located in or near Jacksonville FL. What We Offer $45000 base salary with uncapped commission.
