Beach Club Server at Auberge Resorts

The base salary for this position is $18.20 hourly.The Beach Club Server creates a personal connection for the guests enjoying the beach. This role requires a courteous and attentive manner resulting in a very high level of guest satisfaction. As our Beach Club Server your responsibilities include:Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere at the beach clubTaking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyDemonstrating exceptional knowledge of menu items including ingredients preparation methods and potential allergensRecommending food and beverage pairings to enhance the guest experienceProviding and setting up beach amenities including towels umbrellas and lounge chairsAssisting guests in finding their preferred seating locations on the beach or in the club areaDelivering special amenities or surprise treats to create memorable experiences for guestsMaintaining a clean and organized beach area including proper disposal of trash and used itemsMonitoring guest safety and reporting any concerns to the appropriate supervisorProcessing payments accurately and handling cash and credit transactionsCollaborating with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure timely and quality serviceAdhering to all food safety and hygiene standardsResponding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues or complaintsParticipating in team meetings and training sessions to improve service qualityPromoting beach club events and activities to increase guest participation and satisfactionQualifications : Education:Any combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge skill and ability.High School education preferredExperience:One year of public contact experience.Other:Ability to obtain tuberculosis clearance.CPR Certification and/or First Aid training preferred. Additional Information : Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels residences and private clubs.
